We can handle these textiles regardless of their original color, wear and tear, or the presence of synthetic elements like elastane. Our process begins by meticulously cleaning the textiles, eliminating heavy metals, PFAS, dyes and other toxicities, while preserving the cellulose and polyester, which are fundamental components in fiber spinning.

During the cleaning phase, we separate the cellulose from the polyester at a molecular level. The end product is cellulose and polyester. The results are remarkable – what was once destined to contribute to pollution is now reborn as valuable, high-quality textile fibers.
